Enameled wire
When selecting enameled wire, the following parameters shall be specified:
1. Model of enameled wire
The model of enameled wire is mainly determined by the insulating layer material of enameled wire. Different models have different characteristic indexes, such as heat resistance, direct welding, etc., which is very important for coil application. See "enameled wire model" for details.
2. Specification parameters
When designing the coil, it is necessary to consider the wire diameter size of the enameled wire, including the conductor diameter (specification), the finished outer diameter (paint film thickness) and other parameters. These parameters will vary according to the size, and there will be differences in the selection of different paint film thickness standards. See "specification parameters" for details.
