On the morning of October 25, 2017, the clean production audit expert group of the Provincial Environmental Protection Department organized by the Zhuhai Environmental Protection Association conducted a comprehensive on-site audit of the clean production carried out by our company. Through a series of strict audits, the company successfully passed the acceptance of the members of the expert group on the same day.
During the review process, the expert group expressed appreciation for our company's continuous and vigorous efforts to transform production equipment and work site environment.
In 2017, in order to achieve the company's sustainable development goals and realize the modernization of intelligent manufacturing and clean production, the company accelerated the upgrading of waste gas treatment of old machines and equipment and the replacement of new machines. More than 8 million yuan has been invested in the purchase of new environmentally friendly varnishing machines, and new workshops such as Biqin and Hongfa have been established. The new workshops have low energy consumption, no noise and pollution, and the VOC emission value is completely controlled below 30, without any odor characteristics.
At the same time, more than 2 million yuan has been invested to install new environmental protection equipment on the original 37 lacquering machines to effectively treat organic waste gas, and the production environment outside and inside the factory will be greatly improved.
As an enameled wire company, the company has been committed to clean production. In 2017, taking the opportunity of passing the clean production audit, we will vigorously improve the level of production intelligence and achieve high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection of product production.
It is understood that Rongsheng is the only enameled wire manufacturer that passed cleaner production in 2017.
